Question Restore Lost Donators

When I upgraded to the Pro version I lost the previous site donators so today I was going to add them back.
I was unable to find a area to do this manually.
So I thought I would download the .csv file that worked without a hitch, then make the adjustments and import it back.
Much to my surprise it says the Mod is not installed on my forum.
I also had problems with the banners displaying but that was fixed and working great.
I am lost at this point.
any suggestions on how I can put the donators back?

That screen is for importing contributions from other mods, not from vBDonate.

If you were able to download the csv file with donations in it it should be displayed on the contributions list page. I have had no other reports of contributions getting lost in upgrade.

I am able to download the .csv file without any issue.
It was probably something I did.
The donation bar shows only one donation but it was made after the upgrade. The ones before the upgrade no longer show up on the forum.
This ticket can be closed as the issue was one I created myself.
I have learned a few valuable lessons however from this.
#1 . How to post in the right spot.
#2 . Read the documentation provided as many times as required for total comprehension.
#3 . How to add them back with the Add Contributor Manually option.
I apologize and am very sorry to have wasted your time needlessly.

I still don't understand why they would not show up on the bar after upgrading, only time that should change is if the goal period has been reached, ie: end of month or end of year.
