Legacy Remove Some Options From CP User Tagging -General Options

I've disabled some features like "user tagging" and "hash tag". I only use, mentions and quote. Product is full version so my members have some permissions to select "enable" or "disable" Restriction.

In CP when click to options, there are all features for select. But i don't want to see "user tagging" and "hash tag" parts. How can i remove them from there?

Are the features globally disabled via the vBulletin Options, or simply unticked for every forum?

Features are globally disabled but not unticked for every forum. There are many forums, it takes too much time to untick. But if it is the solution, i can make.

By the way, i was using free version and i install full product on it. Is this about that?

EDIT:

I've unticked all "Thread Tags" from all forums but same again. In CP, options, i see "Tag Restriction" ,"Tag Alerts"
I want them remove. Because i don't use them.

OK. I made it.

in upload\includes\xml folder there is "bitfield_dbtech_usertag_pro.xml" file. I removed some bitfields and it is ok now.
