Question No support for this plugin

I don't know if is normal to wait one month to have an answer or support.
I have opened a bug report one month ago, and the ticket is still open and no on e take care to answer.

If we have spent much money to buy this product and have paid for support is not a nice thing to let a support request abandoned in this way.

Sorry about this, Mokonzi is the developer and support agent for this modification but he's having internet access difficulties.

As stated in the linked thread, my apologies for the delay. I've had a busy February and March this year, but I'm hoping things will settle down more after this month. I'll take a look at the issue you raised.
