Question Moving navigation button

Hi

Silly question, can the "GALLERY" navigation button be moved?

If possible I would like to move it one place to the left, as per the image I have looked in vBulletin navigation manager but it is not there...

Unfortunately that is not possible due to the dynamic nature of the Gallery navbar button, sorry
