Messy Copyright block

not sure if "How Do I" is the right category but there really is no right category

Would it be an issue if I removed the DBtech logo from the copyright info for this theme? I don't mind the text being there but the logo takes a fair bit of space which looks messy http://i.imgur.com/PqawcAl.png

I do believe you need to keep both unless you buy a "branding removal" from us. Then you can remove both at anytime.

I'm sorry but that's completely ridiculous, copyright text is fine but now a copyright logo? can I get confirmation from someone with authority here
