Thanks, sorry for the delay in responding, was for personal reasons. That statement does is empty the contents of that table, if the table is filled to the brim. I think it should be the DBSEO which the control, not me. Is this evidence some sort of bug or problem DBSEO?

The issue happens, as far as I can tell, because DBSEO's database tables have not been altered to match the encoding of the rest of the database. When the URL history that includes special character is inserted, it gets inserted in an invalid format as a result.

I don't believe there's anything I can do to resolve this programmatically, though it would be interesting to see if I might be able to resolve it in other ways.

The latest version of DBSEO has a change that might resolve this.
