Given the instruction..

Knockout Rounds Selecting Group Mode creates a tournament of any size, where every player plays every other exactly once.

Should selecting "Group Mode" over ride Attempts?

I guess it's just ambiguously worded. More like matched up against each player once, number of attempts per match is still allowed to be anything and works as intended. I'll "fix" that
