Bug Edit View is Not Saving

I am trying to add some additional information to one of my tabs and when I hit save I have the phrase confirming the successful edit but it does not actually save.

Have you recently turned on a new form of cache like XCache/APC or vB Optimise?

Does clicking Repair Cache work?

I have not added any new form of cache.
I did try the repair cache and flushed all cache with no success.

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Update: I determined that two of your views were created with an invalid View ID; "Social Networking" and "User Info #1 ". Spaces should not be used in the View ID.

I've re-created these views with valid view IDs.

Can you please confirm whether it was either of these views you were attempting to edit and if so, whether it works for you now?

The problem still exists however.

I just also noticed that when I also try to add a check mark to a usergroup to be banned from the view it does not save as well.

I am trying to add a custom phrase to my Gamercards view based on an answer to a profile field. (eventually with a custom image but wanted to get the postab view working and in the right place first)

I have edited the mentioned view with no issues in either including the code (tweaked slightly) or ticking the Banned Users box.

What browser are you using? I'm using Chrome.

Hmm. Interesting. I am using Firefox. I did not try different browsers. Will try that now.

Well Fillip H. I don't know what to say. This is really strange. Everything seems to be working fine now even in Firefox.
