Question E-mail Notifications for Each User Disabled by Default

Hello,

many of our users have been complaining about the notifications from the Post Like system. I know we can disable notifications globally AND that a user can disable them from the settings area of the usercp, but I would like to know if there is a way to have the notifications globally enabled but disabled by default in the usercp.

Turn off the (Pro) Enable Emails By Default setting in the vBOPtions.
