Bug Double Sending of Emails?

Hi guys -

Just want to check with you whether this is a bug or whether I am goofing:

Whenever I send a test email to myself I seem to receive it twice? All seems to be working greatly and as expected but I am fearing that my community will not appreciate receiving my 'same' emails more than once..

Is this a known issue? Is there something I need to change in my settings?

How to resolve this issue?

Running latest version, as downloadable now.

I'm unable to replicate this issue.

If you go into the Diagnostics area of the AdminCP and use vB's email test feature, does it send one or two emails?
