Question Does VBOptimize condense js and css into one file for faster server response...

...and lower page load? I currently have the latest version, but after revieing my site I am trying to find something that condenses JS and css into only a few calls... thanks.

No, doing this would cause your vBulletin installation to not work. You will want to avoid any mods that claim to merge JS/CSS files, as vB3/vB4 JS files cannot be safely rolled up.

vB5 has rollup features, but that's because it's based on jQuery and not YUI.
