Does Advanced @User Tagging Pro work with VB 3.7?

It hasn't been tested on 3.7, but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't.
I would strongly recommend downloading the demo / Lite version before purchasing, just in case
I would of course endeavour to fix any issues you come across, but at least you wouldn't be out X amount of money if I can't fix it for whatever reason.
