Bug Date base errors upon installation

Installed this product and I am getting bad database errors (see below). Please help!

Please try re-downloading the product and re-uploading all files, then go to the AdminCP -> DBTech - Post Thanks -> Maintenance -> Rebuild Button Click Cache.
