Almost every time we install a product from the Product Manager in the ACP, two things happen:
1 - the whole site's CSS breaks: the @import url("clientscript/vbulletin_css/style-dc4d40d1-00023.css URL becomes invalid
2 - templates are not updated: that is, changes in the templates installed with the product are not visible immediately
The workaround is to go to vBOptimise Cache Settings, turn off both "Cache styles" and "Cache Templates", and then turn both options On again.
