Are the Checkboxes on Register Page (Profil Hover) Yes and No hardcodet?
I can't find any Phrase to translate it.

View your User Profile Field Manager in the ACP and look for the field name of the profile hover disable field. It will be something like field10 or field11

If it's field10 then the phrases will be field10_title and field10_desc
