Bug Censored words not censored in item messages

I'm not sure if this a "bug" exactly, as something that may have been overlooked. But I noticed that a few users were including swears in item messages when gifting them to other users. These are words are normally censored in posts, etc. through vBulletin.

I agree, I'll see if I can get that added in for Monday as I have another fix coming already
