Bug Can't Use the plugin

Hello,

I'm trying to set the mod in my site, everything is great but have some issue:

1- I added a review but it don't appear in the main review page, is something should be set?

2- the rating field don't appear while I write a review, why?

3- I have the same issue here: Review Image not click-able on 1.0.8p2 what should I do?

4- review category can't be changed after I submit?

I tried the fix you told me but it didn't work, so when will this bugs will be fixed?

Note: I downloaded the version 1.0.8pl2 and install it but in my plugin page it appears 1.0.8.pl1,
