Question Cannot get the navtabs to show.

Hi there, I just upgraded to 4.2.0 but cannot get the navtabs or any other links showing. I upgraded to the latest product version too. I have the settings in the navigation manager, but they just don't show up. For none of dbtechs products.

Please help.
