Call to Action - Subscribe to HashTag

Clicking on hash tag subscriptions if there are no hash tag the user has no call to action, a response we want users to complete. There needs to be something there to encourage users to act...to make a hashtag.

Note: where the subscribe buttons were previously located.
Now the user does not have a little button to encourage them to act.

If there are no hash tags...
Call to Action: Maybe if it took them to their profile settings on the page to make a hash tag.

This is a feature request but I believe it may be more of a bug.

Going to their profile does not "make" a hash tag, it simply subscribes them to that specific hash tag

Hash tags are "made" in posts

encourage them to subscribe

It introduces the hash tag concept and they can subscribe without a hashtag being made.
