Bug Button Click Anonymity Not Working

I believe I have all the settings correct for Button Click Anonymity to work, but everyone can still see who clicked the like/dislike buttons. For example, in the following post, nobody should be able to see who clicked Like, but everybody can see it - Album of the Evening - Page 430

Here are the settings for the link button. You can see I enabled Cannot See Clicks for all user groups. Thus, but clicking the link above, you as a guest shouldn't be able to see who clicked the like button.

This seems to be working in half the locations.

It works in the profile tab by saying - hidden content:



It doesn't work within the threads, the popup still shows who clicked it:
