Bug AUT and emails and notifications

Feature Request but I believe it's more of a Bug.
No need to receive emails and notifications for users own AUT

Example:
I used a hash tag which I am subscribed to then I receive an email?

Request: No AUT emails for own #aut

Update: I believe this should now be fixed, you can test it here and re-upload /dbtech/usertag_pro/actions/save/hash.php to get the fix for your site
