Activity Contests PM Bug? Contest Winner Send PM Unregistered Guest Member,Why does not send forum Admin?

That could be a misconfiguration of the Admin Notifications setting for the contest. Please ensure you have followed the instructions and only configured user IDs like so: 1,2,3 etc.

Here my setting , I think this for who get a pm,But where the who send pm option ?

There is no who send PM option, the PM should show up as being sent from the same person receiving it.

I'll look into it and see if I can reproduce it

I've not been able to reproduce this locally, I'll test it on your site once I'm done with the AdvReg issues you reported
