Bug 404 page not found

hello i installed the db tech vbShout and when i go into my admin control panel and click it or any category inside it, all i get is a error 404 page not found?

I did it the right way but ill will do it again just to make sure

Problem solved.. Was uploading files to wrong folder :RpS_thumbsup:
