Bug 4.2 Unable to save settings

I am unable to save any settings in the default instance. For example set the shoutbox to be above the footer.

Fresh installation of 4.2 and shoutbox.

Hope someone can help!

Are you getting the message about PHP 5.3.9 or newer and max_input_vars?

yep, Just added to this to my .htaccess file
