Because so many members become bored and think they can create their own site and because of this they spend less time on your site and sometimes never come back...

    PMs only in tab

    It would be nice if the PMs didn't show in the main chat window, but only when you had a PM tab open. Or at least the option to have it this way. So if you have a long conversation with someone in a PM tab, then switch back to the main tab, it's pretty nasty looking. =) Another user option...

    Chat display order not the same in IE8

    I had a user report that new chat messages were not in the order I have set, oldest -> newest on the bottom. It works fine for me however. So I did some testing and the problem is specifically with IE8. You can test it on my forums (as you use the newest -> oldest here) at www.darkhandofvalor.com
