I'm looking for the option to manually hand out an achievement to a small number of users, but there seems to be no option to do this... or am I missing it? It's going to be an achievement not based on any board data but on something that the users have done to earn it. It would be the same...

This is probably going to be part issue/usability/how-do-I thread so bear with me. ;)
First thing I noticed is that the version number is 1.3.4 instead of .6 for my vB version, probably wrong?
Secondly, is there actually no documentation at all?
Thirdly, first thing I'm blinded by in...
I've been going through our slow queries today and this one accounts for 20% of them:
______________________________________________________________________ 001 ___
Count : 163 (20.10%)
Time : 475 s total, 2.91411 s avg, 2 s to 7 s max (17.18%)
95% of Time : 423 s total...

As per title, Users Excluded from vBA (via ACP) Still Display Activity Stats & Bars in Postbit - obviously those excluded shouldn't keep displaying that information in the postbit, right?
This is something you haven't noticed here because your style removes the username link underline, but it looks ugly as hell everywhere else.
Say you've got a user with 2 or 3 trophies... his username looks like this:
GreatUserX__
instead of like this:
GreatUserX
My suggestion would be to...
As it is, vBActivity is taking up quite a bit of space in the postbit even when everything is as condensed as possible, but if you expand everything, the posts get blown up to ridiculous proportions. I'm getting complaints about this from quite a few of our users and frankly, they're right. Now...
Recalculate Trophies?
I've ran the points and achievements rebuild which are both fine now, but my trophies are still off... as in, only a handful of users have them, and the wrong ones at that. There's no maintenance option to rebuild trophies so... how do I do it?
I think the title is self explanatory... right now there's no way to add scaling achievements (which most are) in a quick and easy fashion by making the first one and then being able to duplicate it in such a fashion that only the things that require changing would need to be changed. Everything...

Why am I getting "you do not have permission to access this page." at vbactivity.php?do=activity (Activity link in the Activity menu) in usercp.php? I'm relatively sure my permissions are set properly...
As discussed here, please provide CLI scripts for each of the maintenance functions (or maybe all in one, with a selection). This will enable much faster recalculations for big boards instead of the slow processing via a GUI/www, not to mention avoid the timeout issues.

I just installed this and it's not displaying proper activity information in the profile block; i.e. it's only processed activity since the mod was enabled but not past activity to display an accurate level. Clearing the cache didn't help. How do I fix this?

When I want to change a mood I get the prompt to choose "Blue", but nothing happens when clicking on Blue... I see javascript:// on mouseover. No amount of clicking makes it actually choose Blue though - doesn't respond. I don't have any addons that mess with JS or anything of the like...

Pretty much as per title, Custom Username CSS doesn't work (tried font-weight: 20px; ).
Also, there's almost no separation between the avatar and the text displayed to the right of it; they're practically squished together which looks ugly.

I'm likely going to install one or more of your mods on a big 3.8.5 board. I'm wondering how upgrading to 4.x afterwards affects the mods, i.e. how much of a pain it is, what exactly it involves, what are all the steps required prior to upgrading vB and afterwards, etc.
Basically, I'd like to...
