Hello,
Our IT support recently upgraded our VBAnalytics Lite version (on 19-Nov) to version 1.2.0. I used to be able to report on total posts per forum within a time frame directly in the Forum Analytics tool - which I ran weekly (for each forum) and then monthly to see Total posts for all forums. (I would select Forums from the left nav and then select a forum from the Forums drop-down and a date range and click Posts from the Metric drop-down - then click Submit.)
However, since the upgrade, I can no longer to that...is there a better way to do this? Basically, I want to keep track of total posts to a particular day - I don't want to have to rely on ensuring I look at the DBAnalytics | Forum Statistics page in the Admin Control Panel at the end of each week exactly. If I miss the end date, then I will have figure out how many posts were added since that day and subtract those from the totals.
I also tried to look at Posts for all Threads (which seems like new functionality), but I don't think that's working because it listed over 32,000 posts for November so far and that is not at all correct. I then tried via the Members option, but that only tracks from the day we upgraded which isn't what I wanted either.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Lori
