Bug Xon's Multi Prefix compatibility

This add-on has an "Move thread prefixes location" option with three choices:
  • Prefix
  • Sub-title
  • Right-aligned suffix
I'm currently using this add-on with the choice of sub-title. The DragonByte Shop causes a bug where it displays a duplicate prefix in the thread title in the "New Posts" and "New Threads" widgets as seen in the screenshot.

Disabling "thread_list_macros" template modification for the "Thread Title Style" fixes the issue. I'm going to have to leave it off until a fix is provided. Thanks.

I will need to contact Xon to help resolve this, but this ticket is in the Private section. If I move it to the Public section, your details from the License Info and the thread fields won't be exposed, as those are staff-only blocks.

Would you be okay with me moving this thread to the public forum so I can link it to Xon?

Sure. I didn't know what forum was best to post in. I thought private was for clients only or something.
 
The "Private" sub-forum has the "Can view others' threads" turned off for non-staff, making it possible to be a bit more liberal with what information is posted in the threads themselves - especially when posting stack traces that may contain sensitive information :)
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (6.4.3).
