Question xf_job

I'm sending out my first newsletter approx 20,000, 500 per hour. I'm seeing a huge xf_job table. Is that normal?

The table grew to 28GB overnight its filled with XF\Job\MailSend

It’s going to take a very, very long time to send all those emails, and all other outgoing emails will also be added to the queue.

What is the best solution to deleting the queue and stopping the process?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you; I'm not sure if there would be any adverse effects to simply deleting those entries. The problem is, we don't really know which entries come from the mailing list and which come from normal forum related activities.
