Question Where are content in the order fields logged?

We activated order fiels and these are also displayed in the checkout. However, the content does not appear anywhere. Where is the content filled in by the buyer normally logged?

Order fields are used for purchase notification threads, so if you have not enabled them in the product settings, they will disappear into the aether.
