Bug Usergroup @ feature not sending alerts

I have set up the usergroup mention feature properly as far as I can tell, but moderators are not receiving alerts on mention.

• Moderator usergroup has "mentionable" set.
• Admin usergroup privileges set to enable usergroup mention.
• Moderators are set to receive alert on mention.

Anything else I am missing?

Please be advised that this feature only works correctly if your users are in the “Registered Users” group as their primary group, and any additional groups like moderator or administrator are secondary groups.

This is the recommended setup by XF, you should not change primary groups ever.
