That means the newsletter can't be found in the cache, you'll need to click Repair Cache first.

You should disable Strict Standards warnings on your server and then click Repair Cache :)

I've made a change to the files @ your site so that the test mode should provide you with more information if it fails. Can you please re-check the test mode and let me know what it says?

That means your vBulletin account is flagged as bounced in vBMail. I'll make an edit @ your site to disable that check in test mode shortly :)

Meanwhile, can you try editing your user account in the AdminCP and manually removing the bounce flag from your account?

Sorry for the delay, I've made the required modifications to the product at your site now. I can confirm it works for me on my account, can you check yours for me and let me know if this is working for you now?

If the newsletter system is disabled then it would make sense for it to not display in test mode. It was working for me earlier, did you turn it off prior to testing it?

I found the issue, your account was set up to not receive email from administrators and this was causing that display.

I've excluded that check from the test mode as well. Can you please check it again now? :)

In my opinion it's beneficial to show the Test Mode page while it's disabled, since it means you can look at the design and make tweaks without worrying it will be sent to users in a semi-completed (or even broken) stage :)
