Submit button does not work

Just installed the mod as a fun activity for my members. However, once installed, we can see the question and skip it, but cannot click the submit button. It appears to do nothing.

Please advise.

What version of vBulletin are you running?

Sorry to take so long in responding. Quite busy. I reinstalled the mod, and everything appears to work correctly now. Thank you.
