Question Setting all post counts to 0

How can you set all to 0 for all users?

You shouldn't do that, the post count is used throughout XF to tell people how many posts they've made on the forums.

UPDATE xf_user SET dbtech_credits_credits = 0

Where do you run this query in admin panel?

You don’t, you run it either in the MySQL command line or in phpMyAdmin.
