Firstly, thanks - I liked this so much I upgraded to the full edition on day1.

Definitely a good one.

I have a question - where are the messages which are sent out to notify you, stored? The current one is messy. I'd like to customise it to my own message, which is much more professional than --------- and will look alot better...

Also on pro - how can I reduced the user settings titles (found when viewing your profile settings) as they are too long and break the code causing single line entries to appear
THIS IS AN URGENT QUESTION^

Use the Phrase Manager in vBulletin :)

Could you please post a screenshot?

Hi,

I found out how to edit the field names (the options on each users profile) via the edit page function on vB5.

I now have a new problem:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/c9w46fauyoo5nms/Screenshot 2014-04-07 00.53.52.png

So the error above, it occurs to ANY usergroup other than "Admin".

Any ideas? If we can't get this resolved, I'd like to get a refund as this error has disappeared as soon as I disable the Tagging System.

I'll PM you the admin credentials and a test account.... Infact, create an account - go to view ANY users profile on ApexOnlineRacing.com and you will see the error on user profiles!!

Please help me fix this critical issue

Thanks :)

Sorry,

I'll have to pm you admin info as ive disabled the product now - causing to many problems.... Please assist asap.

Hi Fillip H., I would just like to apologise for bombarding you with PM's - they weren't appearing in my sent items, even on the message thread - so I kept pressing send... Sincere apologies sir!

I re-enabled the mod and I am unable to replicate this issue on your site. I've visited multiple different profiles and none of them exhibited this issue.

However, I am experiencing an entirely different problem. It would appear as if all Mentions in the system is appearing on all profiles. I am investigating this issue now and will post back when this issue has been resolved.

When I first load the page this is how the tabs should be displaying

No. They removed this display in favour of the current display a while ago - 5.0.3 or there abouts. The current UI is much more capable of handling a large amount of tabs (the previous UI had a very large amount of glitches when more than the default vB tabs were enabled), but they are considering changing the UI to something more reminiscent of vB3/vB4.

Hi Fillip H.

So it appears the access denied error is back to certain profiles.

You have my forum details and ftp details - let me know if you need them resent...

Steps to reproduce:

Login to vBulletin as Admin, enabled User Tagging...

Once enabled, please use a standard profile to access the forum with - and view "McLarenDan"'s profile - access denied....

Can you take a look asap as we now have the mod disabled again ;(

Hope business is well

Credit to you for all the updates to the mods, I'm going to have a look at some more now (Pro versions) :)

Dan

The first thing I notice when investigating your site is that you have a problem with your server configuration:
Code:
[25-May-2014 16:23:10 UTC] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/pdo.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/pdo.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
[25-May-2014 16:23:10 UTC] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/pdo_mysql.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/pdo_mysql.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

This means you need to go to your WHM control panel and remove pdo.so and pdo_mysql.so from the "extension" setting in the PHP Configuration area; WHM -> PHP Configuration Editor -> Advanced Mode -> scroll to extension.

This issue is causing a massive error log buildup, one set of entries per page load. Your previous error_log file had bloated to over 100 MB as a result of this.

I will post back when I have more information regarding the issue with our modification.

Update: I am unable to replicate this issue on your site. I have left the product enabled and I can see McLarenDan's profile perfectly :)

This is why I love supporting you and your products - I wouldn't of been aware of this issue else... Thanks for that mate I owe you a beer!

Oh weird, perhaps the switchover from the last vps sorted a few things (and created the errors too!!)

Thanks will report back if any issues

Top work

Sorry for the delay, I thought I had submitted a response :(

I've investigated & fixed this issue at your site, and patched the live download :)

so debug mode was left on - I've set this to "False" now, receiving multiple errors and the site is completely unloadable :( Please help
