Pending Multiple digests

It would be really handy if you could have one than one digest. My thinking is that I'd like one with special sections for paid and another for unpaid members. The user group selection is already there.

It was originally planned, and much of the code is there to support it, but the problem is the frequency settings. I'll move this to the correct forums, though
