Implemented Log "lock state" to change log

Hello there,

when selecting "discouraged" (XF default), it gets logged into the user change log. This does not happen when checking "User locked" or "Admin locked".

I'd like to request that this is logged the same as the "discouraged" state.

Thank you for suggesting this feature, it has now been implemented. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (4.3.2).
