Question Item Prefix

I can't seem to add an item prefix to an item. I have created a group and a prefix inside of the Shop settings yet I do not see this option when I attempt to move an item. The Prefix field is empty. Am I not adding prefixes correctly?

I did. I even re-selected them all and re-created the prefix. Can't seem to get it to show up in the front end move function or in the backend.

I am not. I am using some regular prefixes in the forum though.

Are you able to replicate the problem? I did create the item prefix after making some items and in either case the result is the same. I also tried changing the user group permissions and experimenting to see if they would show for another user group. I do use a lot of add-ons, but not the specific one you mentioned - but it sounds like a possibility. I don't have a problem with regular thread prefixes though.

I haven't been able to replicate this yet, I'll keep this thread open while I investigate further. I'll post back when I have any further information

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (6.4.11).
