Bug File just disappeared?

I have no idea how a file just disappeared? This was the first file uploaded and it's just... gone.

Any idea how this could happen? I'm the only one with access to the system. Is there any log where I can see what happened?

Yes. This was the very first file uploaded and has thousands of downloads. Not sure what could have happened?

Is it possible there is a vulnerability in the system?

There's no evidence to suggest that, as this would be a widespread phenomenon if so. The crackers would use Google to find other forums with this mod installed, and cause havoc there too.

Can you check the DB to see if it's still there?
