Bug Error on add-on installing

An error occurred while installing the add on. We need help .

I've applied a hotfix to v2.0.1 that should resolve this. Please try downloading a fresh copy and use the Archive Installer to install it.

How can I allow certain Users to do this?
and Where is the order list?

This is not a Classifieds add-on. All payments will go to the site, not to individual users.

The order log is in the AdminCP, in the menu from your original post.
