Bug Double hashtag

When creating content sometimes I get double hashtags but only see them after publishing the content.

I have not had a chance to look into this yet, sorry. This appears to only affect your website, so in the meantime, could you please try deactivating all other add-ons, leaving only this add-on active, and see if that resolves the problem?

Update: I am unable to replicate this issue. I can toggle between preview and text entry mode without any double hashtags. I have tested both normal posting and starting a new thread.

Please try disabling all other add-ons, leaving only this add-on active.
