Question Dialogue box menu

Just installed the latest version of the vBShout 5.4.0, it's features are great, but I'm having a little difficulty,
when I press on a member name in the shoutbox it automatically directs me to their profile page instead of opening the dialogue box of whether to PM them or something else..


Also just on a side note question, when normal members post threads\replies the link is not click-able (picture below):

Please ensure the context menu is enabled globally and per-usergroup in your instance manager.

Also just on a side note question, when normal members post threads\replies the link is not click-able (picture below):

That will occur if they do not have the permission to use Link BBCode in that instance.
