Bug Big performance effect on large forum

Hi,

I try enable/disable vBDownload Mod many times today. After enable it for a minutes, our visitors completely can not access.

I check processlist to see what happen and I find this:
Updating | UPDATE user
SET
dbtech_downloads_downloads_today = 0,
dbtech_downloads_download_size_today = |

This query may run very very long time and other queries which related to user table will be breezed on my server (with ~ 700.000 users).

Could you please check and fix this.

That query is run from a cron job which only happens every 24 hours. Are there any others that are causing a considerable hit on your performance?
