What files do I need to edit to make the Nav Bar, Sub Nav Bar, Forum Bar and the Welcome message all line up? To be clear, I want them all to be the same length, Thank you.

I've recently installed this and for some reason the DBTech - Post Thanks nav box doesn't show up in my admincp nav menu and the links do not show up under the post. I've tried reloading both the add-on and the xml to no avail. Any thoughts?
