    yes i have done that then after i disabled the plugin of vbshout -for now the forum is working but i want to use the mod so i want to reinstall it how can i do that. as the traces of the previous version still exists

    We have updated the forum to 4.1.4 to 4.1.6 then when we tried to update the shout box with latest version of dbtech shout box we are not able to update and as we have replaced the files xml file not loading up .. and when we tried to enable the shoutbox then the entireforum is giving server...
