We don't have any addons that are modifying the column. In fact, the name of your column has the prefix of dbtech_credits so there is no way it could be modifed, taking into account SQL needs the column name to be specified when a query is done. I'm reporting a bug, not a functionality. So...

This is definitely a bug. We have the same issue as well, the credits are disappearing with no reason. There are no actions that could justify this. No posts/threads removed or anything at the admin/mod end that could explain this. We have no addons at all that could modify dbtech credits...

In our case, the credits disappear from users with no reason. The credit removal is not logged so it is caused by a bug for sure and not a specific user/admin action.

Hello, Is there any way to log new credits and the ones removed too? We want to see what actions are modifying the user credits since we're dealing with an issue (they are being removed without any actions performed). Thank you

XF version updated and addon version update. Same problems: -Credits change aleatory -Multiple taxation

I think it is something related with cookies, some users reported the problem when they clean cookies on their browsers

I will update the version in a few weeks but... The problem is easy to understand, I config a taxation, when it occurs is shown once in the transation log but is applied 8-10 times and is shown 8-10 times in the Alert list of the user. Best regards
