Question Product (maybe) didn't upgrade

I just purchased the pro version of AUT and followed the instructions to upgrade from the Lite version as I already have that installed:

• downloaded & unzipped purchased version
• uploaded from the 'upload' folder
• clicked add/import product, and imported the new xml file with 'allow overwrite' set to 'yes'

Result - the product manager still lists 'DragonByte Tech: Advanced User Tagging (Lite)', and there's no sign of Pro features such as options in the UserCP, or option to exclude an individual user from use of the add-on.

On the other hand, hashtags work, and I don't think they're part of the Lite version, are they?

Also, I just enabled thread tags, and while the tab has appeared on profiles, there's no 'thread tag' box on individual threads. But this is a minor issue - main thing is no UserCP options.

By the way, there is a 'pending' transaction on my account (because Paypal gave an error message first time I tried to pay, & then the shopping cart threw errors, so I gave up and started over). Please could you delete it?

This has been resolved, it was an error with the import from our vBulletin version of the eCommerce system. If you perform the above steps again, you should now correctly see the Pro version

Does that include downloading again? If so, where can I do that, please?

Got it, thanks. (I had tried looking on every kind of 'account' page but it didn't occur to me to go back to the store to look for something already purchased.) Installed and upgraded successfully.

There's still no sign of a 'tagging' box on threads. I think I'll disable that feature anyway - too confusing for people, combined with 'mentions' - but out of interest, how would you make one appear?

It would need to be enabled globally and per-forum, there should be a forum manager link under the DBTech - Usertag AdminCP menu group that would show the options.

Hm, yes, it was enabled globally and per forum, but no box. Not to worry. I'll come back and open a new thread about this if I decide I want to use the feature.
