In that case, I would recommend stripping away all the HTML until you're left with only the doctype, <html> and <body> tags, then re-add segments of your HTML piece by piece until you find the culprit.

Once you find the offending piece of HTML, I'll hopefully be able to provide more information

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.

I've been doing a lot of testing with this, and it seems to be something in here

    <td width="600">
    <a href="http://www.caraudiocentral.net/forums/forum.php" style="color:#FFFF00; text-decoration:none;"><span style="color:#FFFF00; text-decoration:none;">Forum</span></a> | <a href="http://www.caraudiocentral.net/forums/garage.html" style="color:#FFFFFF; text-decoration:none;">Garage</a> | <a href="http://www.caraudiocentral.net/forums/register.php" style="color:#FFFFFF; text-decoration:none;">Subscribe</a></td>
If I remove this, the email goes through.
I add it back, I don't receive it.
I remove it again, email goes through.

It's not liking something there, but not sure what.

You don't need to include a subscribe or unsubscribe link, they are added automatically

Try not having a span tag inside <a>, maybe that'll help?

I tried removing the span tag, and that doesn't seem to be causing it.
    New results.

    This works

    <td width="590" style="padding-left:5px; padding-right:5px; padding-top:2px; padding-bottom:2px;"></td>

    This also works
    <td width="590" style="padding-left:5px; padding-right:5px; padding-top:2px; padding-bottom:2px;">Test</td>

    This does not
    <td width="590" style="padding-left:5px; padding-right:5px; padding-top:2px; padding-bottom:2px;"><a href="http://www.caraudiocentral.net">Forums</a></td>

There seems to be something going on with just adding links to the newsletter.

Does adding a link anywhere else work (e.g. outside the <table> tag)?

In that case, I'm not really sure how to move forward. Do you have access to your mailer daemon's log files so you can see if there's a syntax error somewhere preventing the email from sending?

I have asked but haven't heard back yet.

Do you see the same thing when you test it from your server?

OK they did some digging and this is what they are actually finding.

It appears the account is sending mail that violates RFC see below:

    2015-12-29 12:37:08 1aE111-003xqd-FP ** chris00230@outlook.com R=smarthost_regular T=remote_smtp_smart_regular H=se003.arandomserver.com [198.252.106.34] X=TLSv1.2HE-RSA-AES256-SHA:256 CV=yes: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550 Maximum line length exceeded (see RFC 5322 2.1.1).

As a result our scanners blocked it and should have bounced it back. The reason why we blocked it is because if it violates RFC a lot of mail servers will block it and some may in turn block our servers for sending non rfc compliant mail.
It appears that since this mod has a limitation that requires the HTML needs to be in 1 line, to avoid spacing issues in the emails it sends out. But in doing so, it's causing it to violate that rule above.

So looks like my options are to have an emails that don't format correctly, or I'm not able to use this mod. Is there no way to fix the 1 line issue, I've seen other ask about it too.
