    Default I need to auto subscribe my existing members

    I have just installed vBmail and want to send a mass email to all existing members is specific usergroups. I also already have a custom User Profile Fields which is a radio button for if the user wants to receive our newsletter. It would be great if that can be automatically taken into account.

    After setting up the system, I created a new mailing list and set all the applicable usergroups to Default Subscribed and then saved the list. I was expecting all the users in those usergroups to be automatically be shown as subscribed, but nothing happened, the list remains empty. I can add people individually, but I am not going to do that for 14000 members. How do I synchronize the usergroups with the mailing list?

    You need to click Maintenance under DBTech - Mail and run the appropriate maintenance task to subscribe existing members.

    Maintenance only offers me a window to Unsubscribe Users, nothing about subscribing users.
    What is even stranger is that under subscription log, a lot of members are listed as being subscribed, but when I go to Mailing List Management and click on View subscribed Users, nobody is listed.

    Your first response came very quickly, but now nothing. I need to urgently send out a newsletter today to 14000 members. If I cannot get your system working, I am going to have to export all the addresses and use Sendblaster which takes a while to setup. But as I do not know if your system has worked or not, I cannot risk waiting for an answer that may not come. Sorry, but there are really important reasons I have to send my newsletter today, within a couple of hours, so please help.

    I've just noticed that you specified running v2.1.3, which is an old version that is no longer supported. Please install the latest version of the product instead.

    Sorry if I am in a bit of a rush, due to time constraints. I understand answers often take time.

    I downloaded that version today from vbulletin.org
    Administrative and Maintenance Tools - [DBTech] vBMail v2 (vB3) - vBulletin.org Forum

    I have found version 3.3.0 and am now installing that,
