Bug Results Table

I get the following table showing incorrect answers. The test quiz has 5 multiple choice questions w/ 3 possible answers for each question. Where do I configure it to show the right number of incorrect answers? It's counting the wrong answers in the "Incorrect" field. Thanks very much.

Strange, I see it happening on your site but I can't replicate it on my development box. Would it be possible to get ftp access so I can troubleshoot more? I can't do it locally since I don't have the problem. I'm not sure what's causing it.
